This week Hughes and Company are offering for sale at The Spinney, Roscommon a large five-bedroom residence in one of Roscommon’s most sought after areas.

  Hughes & Co. are confirming that they have agreed the sale of a two-bedroomed residence which only went on the market in the last few weeks at Donamon. Pat is reporting that there was strong interest in the property and confirms that the property sold in excess of the asking price.

Pat is confirming that they are now at an advanced stage of negotiations and are accepting final offers in excess of €260,000.
