“Roscommon Retail Park is developing at a great pace,” according to well-known Roscommon town auctioneer, P. Burke of Sherry Fitzgerald P. Burke.
That assessment comes following the auctioneer’s recent announcement that award-winning fashion retailer, Born Clothing, will be opening their 14th Irish store at the Roscommon town centre of commerce.
Born Clothing stocks top brands including Vero Moda, Only, Vila, Little Mistress, Glamorous, Hybrid and the best in high street fashion for ladies and gents.
Born’s imminent arrival follows food giant Iceland’s opening on August 14th of this year, and P. Burke believes further developments will follow.
“Born will join existing tenants such as Iceland, Feeleystone, Home Store Plus, Toy Town and Castlemine Farm Shop. The premises is 6,000 square feet and will be ready to open by the end of January with the creation of about ten jobs,” he said.
There are also plans to open underground parking for 200 cars at the park and advertising signage will be place close to the Athlone Road roundabout.
