Myra Glennon of Beauty HQ based in Ballyleague had the tough job as a judge at the Meteor Galway Media Ball in aid of UNICEF Ireland.
Galway’s most stylish and glamorous ladies competed for the title of Best Dressed Lady at last Saturday’s event which took place in the Meyrick Hotel. Aoife Ni Dhroighneain the red-haired beauty and acclaimed actress from Ros na Rún stole the show in a stylish emerald green gown which she bought in New York.
Commenting on the style on the night, Myra Glennon said, “With so many stylish ladies in the room, it really was a difficult decision to make but Aine Ni Dhroighneain excelled in the glamour stakes with a stunning gown complemented with simple and understated jewellery.”
“As part of her prize Aine also won a beauty hamper, manicure, pedicure and Botu VIP facial using Ericsson Laboratoire products from my salon.
I look forward to welcoming Aine to experience some rest relaxation and rejuvenation at Beauty HQ which is based in Cloonadra Ballyleague,” she added.
Over 200 people attended the glittering event which was held in aid of UNICEF. The charity organisation supplied a video on the night to illustrate the cause and what the funds raised on the night will contribute to.
Beauty HQ has been a huge success since it opened, offering customers from Longford and Roscommon value for money with competitively priced treatments, products and services combined with a VIP customer experience.
