Ceol na Mona is a brand new festival taking place in Ballyforan, Co. Roscommon over the June Bank Holiday weekend from Friday 3rd-Sunday 5th June.
Itís a celebration of live music, local heritage and family fun for three days with something for everyone over the weekend with guided tours, traditional music sessions, childrenís athletics, fishing competition, barbeques and live music in the festival marquee in St. Aidanís GAA Pitch,
all in the picturesque village of Ballyforan, Co. Roscommon.
This is the first year of the festival and the aim of the committee is to create a local festival that has value for all that attend.
