County blitzes

Roscommon coaching and games development are planning to hold an U14 and U16 football 9-a-side blitz day at a venue and date TBC in November. This will be a one-day blitz for each age group and organisers are asking clubs to contact either Willie Hegarty or Peter Carney if they are interested in taking part. Over the last two years our U16 blitz has proved very popular with St Dominic’s and St Ciaran’s winning the special shield. Teams consist of a panel of twelve players and clubs can enter two teams if they wish.
