Support the U21 side

All roads lead to Markievicz Park, Sligo, on Saturday as Roscommon U21s take on Sligo in the Cadburys Under 21 Connacht Final.

Roscommon rightfully secured a place in the final following a superb display against Mayo in the semi final. This team played some great football, particularly in the second half and the experience gained in the semi final will stand to them in the final. This week Roscommon Supporters Club sent every best wishes to the team, their manager and selectors as they try to bring a long-awaited Connacht title back to Roscommon.

Preceding the under 21 game, Roscommon minor team takes to the field against Sligo in the Connacht minor league, again good luck to all. Both these teams are coming as a result of the good work done by development squads in the county over the last few years. These young men and their management teams deserve support and we urge all Rossies to head for Sligo.
