Roscommon County Camogie news

The County Junior team will play Carlow on Saturday next in Carlow a time to be confirmed. Roscommon are through to the semi-final which is down for the 8th August. 

  The minor team are to play Westmeath at a Roscommon venue. Time to be confirmed. Training will take place on Monday at 7.15 in Tremane.

  U.14 Connacht Blitz took place on Saturday last in Pearses Woodmount. The girls performed very well against Galway and were very unlucky to be defeated by a goal. Westmeath ran out easy winners against Roscommon. Well done to all the players who turned up on the day. 

  Hard luck to Niamh Connolly who was very narrowly defeated by Caitriona Daly (Galway) in the Connacht Long Puck on Saturday last in Woodmount.
