Senator Terry Leyden this week asked the Leader of the Seanad to arrange for an urgent debate on the opening of head shops all over the country.
“One such shop is open in Castle Street in Roscommon. The shop to which I refer is called High Times. High Times will be low times for many young people. I commend the people of Roscommon who are marching day and night in protest on Castle Street in Roscommon. The people of Roscommon should be complimented and I appeal to people throughout the country to march to stop these shops.”
